May 4 to 10, 2015: SANCTUARY OF OUR LADY OF GRACES, COTIGNAC, FRANCE
The angel Gabriel came to visit Mary; at Cotignac, Mary came to visit us.
On August 10, 1519, Jean de la Baume, a lumberman, climbed the mount Verdaille, alone. As was his habit, he began his day by praying. He has not even finished that a thick cloud formed in front of him, revealing the Virgin Mary with the Infant Jesus in her arms, surrounded by saint Bernard of Clairvaux, saint Catherine, martyr and the archangel saint Michael. Mary is standing on a crescent moon. Mary spoke to Jean, in words such as these: “I am the Virgin Mary. Tell the clergy and the consuls of Cotignac to build a church on these grounds, under the name OUR LADY OF GRACES, so that all may come in procession to receive the graces I want to give.
Like Jean de la Baume, let us take a moment each day to pray, in order to receive the graces that Mary wishes to give us.

May 11 to 17, 2015: SAINT JOSEPH THE CARPENTER OF YOPOUGON GARE, ABIDJAN, IVORY COAST
It is with pleasure that we invite you to pray the Angelus with us during this week!
Situated in Abidjan, in the commune and diocese of Yopougon, the parish of Saint Joseph the Carpenter is still thriving on its first impulse.
Founded in 1994, the parish is the result of a century of evangelization, when the Christian population developed at the same time as the city was expanding its boundries.
From the first mission to a first chapel, then a second one which was rebuilt to turn it into a real church, the parish has under its umbrella two other chapels and the National Catholic Radio.

May 18 to 24, 2015: SAINT LOUIS OF THE FRENCH, MOSCOW, RUSSIA
Catholic enclave in a primarily orthodox country, the parish of Saint Louis of the French was created by a decree of Catherine the Great in 1789.
The church of Saint Louis, built in 1830, is one of the only churches that remained open during the communist period. In spite of the persecutions suffered during those long years, the cult is today more alive than ever and offered in multiple languages; indeed, Catholics from around the world assemble under our roof: Russians, French, English, Italians, Vietnamese, Filipinos, Lithuanians, etc. Our church also houses the Russian catholic parish Saints-Peter-and-Paul, since they do not have their own building.

May 25 to 31, 2015: OUR LADY OF OTTAWA, CANADA
Welcome! It is with great pleasure that we will introduce you to the oldest cathedral and largest church in Ottawa. The cathedral is the seat of the Roman Catholic archbishop of Ottawa and the mother-church of the archdiocese of Ottawa. In 1978, both the National Capital Commission and the City of Ottawa designated the Cathedral as heritage property.
If you are visiting the Notre-Dame Cathedral website for the first time, welcome. The website will give you a glimpse of a marvelous cathedral, which is both a meeting place with a lively community and an outstanding example of Canadian religious art. You are always welcome to join us in worship on Sundays and weekdays, or to drop in for moments of quiet prayer and meditation.
